Fesch6 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the fesch6 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the fesch6 platform available at fesch6.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and fesch6 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The fesch6 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities
To use fesch6 services in full, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party
- Notifying fesch6 promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
- Ensuring the personal information in your account is accurate and kept up to date
Fesch6 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. Platform Usage Rules
Fesch6 users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates this platform's policies. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation, bots, scripts, or third-party software to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to deceive the system or manipulate game outcomes through unauthorised means
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it on your behalf
- Any form of fraud, identity falsification, or money laundering
- Spreading false or defamatory information about fesch6 or its users
Fesch6 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the fesch6 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include bank transfer via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, and other local eWallet options listed on the platform at the time.
Users acknowledge and agree to the following regarding transactions:
- All successfully processed deposits are non-refundable once the transaction has been confirmed
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another method approved by fesch6
- Fesch6 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding the stipulated limits
- Any suspicious transaction activity may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending the outcome of an investigation
- Fesch6 is not responsible for any transaction delays caused by third-party banking systems or technical disruptions beyond our control

5. Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The fesch6 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties, except as specifically stated in these terms. fesch6 makes no guarantees regarding:
- The platform's availability free from interruption or technical errors at all times
- The accuracy or completeness of any information, data, or statistics displayed
- Outcomes or returns from any game or betting activity on the platform
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fesch6 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Fesch6 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: a breach of these terms, fraud or illegal activity, or use of the platform in violation of applicable Malaysian law. Account balances held in suspended accounts due to fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation or disposed of as required by law.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.
Intellectual Property
All content on the fesch6 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of fesch6 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or exploit this content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from fesch6.
Third-Party Links
The fesch6 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. fesch6 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Fesch6 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
